Chief Nursing Officer

Responsible for the oversight of the organization and administration of the nursing department including the following areas: Emergency, special procedures, trauma, Swing Bed, inpatient and outpatient, infection control, quality assessment and performance improvement, and employee health in accordance with current applicable federal, state statutes and regulations and facility guidelines. Assure the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times. Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite work flow. Serve as patient advocate

Laboratory Manager

Responsible for the overall operation of the lab and the competency of all laboratory personnel. Under the direction of the Laboratory Director (Pathologist) maintain compliance with State, Federal and accrediting regulatory requirements, conduct Performance Improvement, Quality Control and supervision of the Laboratory Department.

Physical Therapy Director

Within the framework of the objectives and policies established, provides patient services by evaluation, treatment, reassessment and related documentation and communication. Functions also include support staff training and supervision, and in-services and training for facility staff in restorative techniques.

Clinic Manager

Manage and oversee the daily activities and business operations of the clinic. Maintain inventory control, clinic manuals and minutes of monthly meetings. Collaboration with provider and other members of the patient care medical home (PCMH) care team to provide comprehensive care of the patient.

Registered Nurse, Charge

Plan, organize, direct, provide and evaluate care needed to maintain safety and improve the health and well being of patients through the implementation of the nursing process. Provides oversight for all nursing care processes provided by other members of the nursing staff. Serve as patient advocate and be actively involved in the care of the patient and support of family members. Communicate effectively for continuity of care among patients, families, ancillary personnel and hospital departments.

Medical Laboratory Technician

Performs a full range of laboratory tests to determine the presence, extent or absence of disease and the accuracy of test results as authorized by the laboratory director and that are within the individual’s skill level as determined by education, training or experience, and technical abilities. Promotes and provides compassionate and quality patient care.

Medical Assistant (MA)/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Works under the direction of the supervising physician. Obtain vital signs and documents necessary for provider, assists with procedures as directed, performs orders, instructs patients per provider instructions, documentation as needed and assists with transfers.
